Shipping policy

DubTub bath boards are handmade, creating one-of-a-kind, quality products. Due to this custom made nature, some of our bath boards are made to order; as such, we typically ship our orders out 3-10 days after an order is placed. But don't worry, all good things are worth the wait!

Please contact us directly here if you require an estimated time of arrival, rush order or would like to place an order outside of Canada or the United States (additional fees may apply).

DubTub.com accepts all major Canadian/United States credit/debit cards as well as PayPal. We are required to collect sales tax; the tax rate applied to your order will be based upon the address to which your order is shipped. In addition, we are required to collect tax on shipping charges when applicable.
